Caroline County Public Schools Transition Center

--The Transition Center is a program that prepares eligible students to enter the workplace, assists students with developing career goals, and connects students' environments to include school, work and the community. Our staff includes a lead instructor certified in Special Education and two full-time Instructional Assistants/Job Coaches. Activities at the Transition Center include job skills training, functional academics, self-determination skills training, social skills training, community-based work experiences, travel training, and independent living skills. We also work to assist students with identifying career paths and accessing community resources.
